Dream Crazy Sports Day Fee Waiver

This form is for families interested in attending Dream Crazy Sports Day at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy on April 25th from 1:30–3:00 PM ! There is ONLY room for Boys Grades 4th - 7th LEFT!

Registration begins at 1:00 PM if you’d like to arrive early and join the fun!

Sports Offered

Boys: Rugby and Soccer
Girls: Field Hockey and Lacrosse

All equipment will be provided — just show up and Dream Crazy with us!

Participants will be grouped by grade level. Within those groups, boys will rotate between rugby and soccer, and girls will rotate between field hockey and lacrosse, spending approximately 45 minutes in each sport.

Please note: Families are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Springside Chestnut Hill Academy.
