Rooftop Workout with Kate D for Gretta

Join us at 10:30 AM at Bok Bar for a rooftop workout with Kate Connelly (… but always Kate D to Gretta) — Gretta’s close friend and owner of Together Athletics!

KG Strong is hosting a workout series on the Bok Bar rooftop, dedicating each week to a different nonprofit — and this class is for The Gretta Ehret Dream Crazy Foundation!

Kate will be leading one of Gretta’s favorite signature classes, so come ready to move, sweat, and bring all the Dream Crazy energy! In true Gretta fashion, run to class, grab a smoothie or iced tea after, and soak up some time outside — just how Gretta would want you to.

Board Member Kasey Meehan will be there representing the Foundation with Dream Crazy merch and information about our mission and ways to get involved.

Proceeds from the class will support our mission to provide free sports camps and clinics and scholarships that help young athletes pursue their Dream Crazy goals.
